Installation Services
New construction
This project involves the complete installation of a new Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system for a newly constructed building. The scope of work includes the design, layout, and installation of all necessary HVAC components to ensure optimal indoor air quality, temperature control, and energy efficiency in accordance with building codes, industry standards, and client specifications.
Review and coordination with architectural and structural plans
Load calculations and system design to meet heating and cooling requirements
Installation of ductwork (supply, return, exhaust), registers, and grilles
Installation of HVAC units (furnace, air handler, condensing units, heat pump, etc.)
Installation of refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and ventilation systems
Integration of smart thermostats and zoning systems (if applicable)
Startup, testing, and commissioning of HVAC system
Final inspection and compliance with local mechanical codes and energy regulations
Existing System Replacement
This project involves the removal and replacement of an existing HVAC system to improve energy efficiency, system performance, and indoor comfort. The scope of work includes the disconnection and safe removal of outdated or non-functional HVAC equipment, followed by the installation of new, code-compliant, and energy-efficient components.
Site inspection and assessment of existing HVAC system
Safe disconnection and removal of existing equipment (furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, air handler, ductwork as needed)
Installation of new HVAC equipment matched to the building’s heating and cooling load requirements
Replacement or modification of ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and condensate drains as necessary
Installation of new thermostat or control system
System startup, performance testing, and balancing
Disposal of old equipment in compliance with environmental regulations

Duct Installation/Replacement
This project involves the complete installation of HVAC ductwork to support proper air distribution for heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. The ductwork is designed and installed to ensure efficient airflow, system performance, and compliance with all applicable mechanical codes and energy standards. All ductwork is sized and routed to optimize airflow, minimize energy loss, and ensure quiet and effective operation of the HVAC system.
Fabrication and installation of supply, return, and exhaust ductwork
Installation of duct fittings, dampers, plenums, and transitions as required
Sealing of all duct joints and seams to prevent air leakage and meet energy efficiency standards
Installation of registers, grilles, and diffusers in designated locations
Insulation of ductwork in unconditioned spaces per code requirements
Testing and balancing of the system to ensure proper airflow and pressure
Final inspection to verify code compliance and system performance
